Mitch (Chi Chi LaRue) has a crush on his hot, young across-the-hall neighbor Jordan (Ricky Larkin). Mitch is so smitten with Jordan that his behavior teeters on stalking the younger man. One night, after an awkward encounter with Jordan, Mitch has dark self-harm thoughts. Instead of taking his life, he opens a box of crystals that his sister gave him, reads her inspirational note, and holds the crystals in his hands, wishing that he was young again. Mitch goes to bed and wakes up feeling better than he has in a while. He has more pep in his step and when he catches a glimpse at himself in the mirror, he realizes why. Mitch is himself…but significantly younger (Michael Del Ray). Deciding to take as much advantage of the situation as he can, Mitchmakes a play for Jordan. It doesn’t take much for young Mitch to get Jordan into bed. They promise they’ll hook up the next day, but that ends up not happening. When Mitch wakes up the next morning, he’s back to his older self. We don’t knowif the hookup ever happened or if it was a dream.

Day One: Mitch is sitting in his chair/recliner watching television and eating a bowl of chips. When he sees the time is 5:58pm, he sits up and watches the clock until it’s 6:03pm.

Mitch is sitting in his chair/recliner watching television. His apartment is dark and uninviting. There’s a sullen/depressed feeling around him. As Mitchmindlessly eats chips, he wipes his dirty hands on his sweatshirt/sweatpants. He’s sloppy with his hair and facial hair unkempt. He’s not interested in what’s ontelevision, but he continues to stare at the screen. He glances at the clock and sees that it’s 5:58pm. He immediately turns off the television, puts his chip bowl onthe ground, and sits up straight. He stares at the clock and we hear the rhythmic, loud ticking of the clock reiterating that each minute he’s waiting is torture.

The clock turns to 6:03pm. Mitch stands up and walks to his front door where he stares out his peephole waiting to see his neighbor Jordan come up the stairs andenter his apartment. Mitch stands up and walks to his front door. He stares out his peephole waiting tosee his neighbor Jordan appear. It’s obvious that Mitch does this every day. When he catches sight of Jordan, he mutters to himself, ‘There he is.’ He breathes heavily as he watches Jordan get his house key out of his pocket/bag. Mitch puthis hand on the door handle as if he’s considering going out to the breezeway, but he hesitates. He watches as Jordan enters his apartment and closes the door behind him.

Mitch chides himself for not going out on the balcony to greet Jordan and is overly upset as he takes a seat in his recliner/chair once again. Mitch exhales and shakes his head as he turns away from the door. He’s disappointed in himself he didn’t have the guts to go outside to speak with Jordan. He murmurs insults to himself.

With a deep and exasperated sigh, he sinks back into the recliner and turns on the television, looking more defeated than he had at the start of the scene.

Day Two: Mitch is sitting in his chair/recliner watching television and eating a bowl of chips. When he sees the time is 5:58pm, he sits up and watches the clock until it’s 6:03pm. Mitch is wearing his sweatshirt and the same sweatpants from the day before. He’s sitting in his recliner/chair eating chips and watching television. If possible, he appears more disheveled than he was theday before. Once again, he glances at the clock and sees it’s 5:58pm. He immediately turns off the television, puts his chip bowl on the ground, and sits up straight. He stares at the clock and we hear the rhythmic, loud ticking of the clockreiterating that each minute he’s waiting is torture. Déjà vu.

At exactly 6:03, Mitch stands up and walks to his front door where he stares out his peephole waiting to see his neighbor Jordan come up the stairs and enter his apartment.Mitch stands up and walks to his front door. He stares out his peephole waiting to see his neighbor Jordan appear. It’s obvious that Mitch does this every day. Whenhe catches sight of Jordan, he mutters to himself, ‘Hi Jordan.’ He breathes heavily as he watches Jordan get his house key out of his pocket/bag. Mitch puts his handon the door handle as if he’s considering going out to the breezeway. This time, he doesn’t hesitate. He walks outside.

Mitch and Jordan have a painfully awkward conversation.Mitch watches as Jordan climbs up the stairs and greets him. ‘Hey Jordan!’ His tone is chipper and too eager. Jordan gives Mitch the side-eye, it’s clear that he thinks Mitch is a weirdo and that he doesn’t like conversing with him. Jordan is cool toward Mitch as he grabs his keys out of his pocket. He turns his back to Mitch, as Mitch moves a bit closer to Jordan’s door. Jordan looks over his shoulder at Mitch, seeming to wonder why Mitch is still there. Jordan makes excuses to get away from Mitch and goes into his own apartment.

Mitch goes back into his apartment and devolves into self-flagellation. He goes into his bedroom, contemplates suicide, but ends up calming down as he holds the crystals his sister got him and reads her handwritten note. Mitch is beside himself. He can’t believe how awkward he was, what a loser he is. He is shaking is head and repeating ‘stupid, stupid, stupid.’

He takes a deep breath and walks over to the side table and opening a box of crystals. There’s a handwritten cardthat he opens and reads. It’s from his sister, reminding him he can manifest the life he wants.

Mitch holds a few crystals in his hands and sarcastically says, ‘The life I want, huh? I want the life I had when I was young. I want to be young again.’ He sighs, puts the crystals down and lays back on his bed, closing his eyes.

When he wakes up in the morning, he’s feeling great. He has an extra pep in his step and doesn’t realize why until he walks into the bathroom and catches himself in the mirror. He’s young. Mitch practically prances out of his bed. He can’t believe how much energy he has.He strides into the bathroom and catches a glimpse of himself in the mirror. He’s shocked that he’s young. He puts his hands on his cheeks attempting to manipulate the skin to see if his face is for real. He’s in disbelief, uttering ‘no way’and ‘I can’t believe this!’ He lifts up his (now extremely oversized) sweatshirt and rubs his hands over his abs. He admires how trim his waist is. He slides his hands under his waistline and grins as he touches his hard on. He pullshis pants down to admire his hard dick.

After enjoying his new body and energy, he sits on his recliner/chair and watches television. At 5:58pm, Mitch looks at the clock. When it’s 6:03pm he heads over to thedoor. Instead of peeping through the peephole, he goes outside ready to greet Jordan. Mitch looks at the clock and sees that it’s 5:58pm. He watches the clock but thistime we don’t hear the haunting ticking. As soon as it’s 6:03pm, he walks confidently to the door, and swings it open.
He’s going to get what he wants from Jordan.
